Very little is known about him. Chucky used to steal young children's candies in Halloween. One day, he stole Nikki's candies when she was about 6 years old. Nikki was angry at Chucky, but decided to get even. Next Halloween, Nikki put worms inside her Halloween candy bag. Chucky demanded to get Nikki's Halloween candy bag from her. Nikki agreed, but it turned out that Chucky touched worms instead of candy. After, he never stole candy from young children again.

Nikki considers him as a "bully" because he stole candy from young kids. He's also pretty gullible, since he easily fell into Nikki's trap.

While his real appearance is unknown, he is shown to wear a Frankenstein's Monster costume.
